Here’s a fun and simple way to paint your kids nails for Easter or just because.  I will have to tell you that these chick nails were a big hit.  We had a sleep over with one of my daughter’s friends and I decided to paint all of their nails.  The kids absolutely LOVED them!

Chick Nails For Kids

Supplies Needed:

  • Yellow Nail Polish
  • Orange Nail Polish
  • Black Nail Polish
  • Clear Coat
  • Bobby Pin or Nail Tool with a Circle Head

Paint the nails yellow.  After they have dried, go back and add the orange triangle nose and two black eyes.  If you don’t have one of the nail tools to make the eyes, a bobby pin works just a well.  Just open the bobby pin up to use one of the rubber tips to create the eyes.  Clear coat the nails so they last longer.  I do this especially for my kids because it seems like their nails last a little longer.

FAQs

Q: What are cheek nails?

A: Cheek nails, also known as blush nails in Korean, feature a straightforward but endearing design with a dispersed patch in the middle of each nail that precisely resembles flushed cheeks. Your genuine blusher, eye shadow, and nail paint can all be used to create it.

Q: What are the 7 different shapes of nail?

A: There are actually more than 7 different shapes of nails, but the most common ones are:
Round: This is a classic nail shape that follows the natural curve of the fingertip.
Square: This shape features straight sides and sharp corners, giving the nails a boxy appearance.
Oval: These nails are similar to round nails, but they are elongated and tapered at the tips.
Almond: This shape is narrow at the base and gradually widens towards the tip, resembling an almond.
Stiletto: These nails are long and pointed, resembling a stiletto heel.
Coffin/Ballerina: This shape is similar to stiletto nails, but with a squared-off tip instead of a point.
Squoval: As you might guess from the name, this shape combines elements of square and oval nails, with a flat top and slightly rounded corners.
There are also other less-common nail shapes like mountain peak or lipstick nails, but these tend to be more specialized styles. Ultimately, the best nail shape for you will depend on your personal preference and lifestyle needs.

Q: What is the famous nail shape?

A: With its natural shape preserved and a tiny extension past your nail bed, this straightforward shape is ideal for short nails (even nail biters!). Additionally, it’s the most common nail shape: According to Rose, the majority of women choose this traditional silhouette when they go to the salon.
