You may have banned these obnoxiously loud and annoying party squawkers from your house (who, me?!) but if you’re hosting a party outside – now that’s a different story. These are quick and easy to make and embellish, and can make a pretty centerpiece – that is, until little hands grab them and start the party train.

  • double stick tape
  •  tissue paper
  • scissors

Directions:

Step 1: Cut off the plastic top of the store made horn.
Step 2: Cut a piece of decorative paper, between 12-18″ x 8″ or 10.”
Step 3: Apply double stick tape to one short end and one long side.
Step 4: Place the plastic horn on the short side, and slowly begin rolling the paper around the horn piece. You may have to roll and unroll the paper until you get the right angle and tightness.
Step 5: Cut several layers of tissue paper long enough to wrap around the large end of the horn. Fold lengthwise, and cut fringe.
Step 6: Lay the fringe down, put a piece of double stick tape along edge, then carefully stick to the outside of the horn. Repeat, and add fringe to the top of the horn too, if you wish.
Step 7: Commence the party, and cover your ears!

FAQs

Q: How do paper party horns work?

A: Paper party horns are popular props that are used to make noise when they’re blown. They work by using air pressure to create a sound, and they come in many different styles and colors. Some of the most popular models include trumpet-like horns, xylophone horns, and conch shells.
To use them, you simply blow into the horn until it produces a distinct tone. Then, you can use this tone to add excitement or amusement to your performances! Paper party horns are great for events like birthday parties or carnivals where entertainment is key. They’re also perfect for themed celebrations like pirates or dinosaurs!

Q: How do you use a party air horn?

A: When it comes to celebrations, there is nothing quite like a good party air horn. Whether you’re throwing a birthday party or just want to get the party started, an air horn can be a great way to add some excitement. There are many different types of horns available on the market, so it’s important to select the right one for your needs.
Party horns come in two main categories: sound cannons and speaker-enabled horns. Sound cannons produce high-volume blasts that can be heard up close and are perfect for large events such as festivals or carnivals. Speaker-enabled horns work by projecting sound waves outwards instead of directly down towards ground level which makes them ideal for indoor use.

Q: How to make a party blower?

A: In order to make a party blower, you will need some basic supplies including an air compressor, duct tape, and a blow horn. The first step is to assemble your equipment by attaching the air compressor to the duct tape. Next, attach the blow horn to the end of the tube using more duct tape. Now you’re ready to start blowing!
To use your party blower, simply open one valve on the air compressor and let all of the pressure escape from it until it’s completely empty. Then close that valve and open another one so that all of this newly created air begins flowing into the blow horn. Keep alternating these valves until you reach your desired volume or amplitude for your blast.
