Step 4:  Create a pom pom for the tail using white yarn.  You can use a pom pom maker or a piece of cardboard.  Make sure your pom pom is large enough for your stenciled bunny.

I love everything about this rabbit.  I think I love the pom pom tail most of all.

Q: What does the Easter Bunny represent?

A: The Easter bunny’s precise beginnings are shrouded in secrecy. Due to their vigorous breeding, rabbits have historically represented fertility.

Q: What is the Easter Bunny’s first name?

A: A rabbit known as the Easter Bunny brings gifts and eggs to kids on Easter. Similar to the customs surrounding Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy, this one has a very long history. Similar to how Santa’s real name is either Saint Nicholas or Kris Kringle, he goes by Peter Cottontail.

Q: What is the symbol of Easter?

A: According to legend, German immigrants who brought their tales of an egg-laying hare to America were responsible for introducing the Easter rabbit, the most well-known secular symbol of the Christian holiday.
